Churning out eZine Content

Finally got the proper caulking for my pool! I've been chasing local suppliers for months and finally gave up and ordered it from the U.S. Now all I need is for about two weeks of dry weather so that I can caulk the seams of the pool and give them time to dry. According to the manufacturers directions, the caulking needs a minimum of one week free from moisture to cure properly. Since it's raining outside as I write this, it will be a few more days before I am able to get at it *8>(

My newest version of the $7. script is available. It includes the ability to pay your affiliates anything from zero to one hundred percent for the initial sale. Once you write the sales page and the one-time-offer, the config file does the rest. Check it out here

Today, my newsletter article is about -

Churning out eZine Content

Creating your own content can be a challenge if you publish your own on¬line newsletter or eZine.

However, regardless of the topic you are publishing on, types of content can be generally divided into four categories, namely factual content, short tips, mini stories and case studies.

Interviews

There are a number of quick and easy ways to generate the content for your newsletter. Only one of them requires you to do all of the work. Rather than writing your own content, you can get your own unique content the quick and easy way by organizing an interview with an expert or leader in the topic.

Very often, this can be done for free and since the interviewee is providing most of the content, there is nothing else for you to do other than giving the interviewee something valuable in exchange (maybe a meal!).

Ghostwriters

If you have money to spare, you can hire a ghostwriter to create your content for you and allow you to take all the credit. Make sure that you stipulate that you get the copyright, or your articles could suddenly appear all over the web with someone else’s name on them. Recommended professional marketplaces where you can seek ghostwriters include Elance.com and RentACoder.com.

Private Label Rights (PLR)

Similar to ghostwriting, PLR material is material that has already been written. You can buy PLR material cheaply on almost any topic. The major difference between ghostwriting and PLR material is that you can have exclusive rights to ghostwritten material, but PLR material is usually sold to many folks.

Now most of the buyers of PLR will never use the material, but enough will that the search engines will penalize you if you use it as is. The way to get around that is to rewrite the PLR material in your own words and style so that it ends up being unique. Not as easy as a ghostwriter, but certainly a lot easier than writing from scratch.

Public Domain

Another little known and under used method for getting your own content is via public domain. If you are not familiar with the term "public domain", "public domain" simply means anything that is NOT protected under U.S. copyright law.

This includes ALL works published before 1923 and, under certain conditions, works published up to 1978. In this case, we are referring to “works” as written materials such as reports, articles and books. Yes, you can get whole books that are public domain. Just think, find the right book and you could end up with a whole year of articles for your ezine without having to do anything other than copy and paste!

Republishing and repackaging public domain information can help you save time and effort when creating new ideas and content as public domain material on almost every topic are readily available. On top of that, you do not have to pay royalties or copyright fees on the work, regardless of how little or how much you modify it.

If you fancy the idea of publishing content without any writing on your part, one or all of these methods are for you.
